The hotel room had a spacious interior and beautiful ethnic decor. It was surrounded by serene lily and koi ponds, adding to the overall charm. The glass roof in the bathroom was perfect for creating an atmospheric ambiance, especially during rainfall. We also appreciated the quick and friendly responses from the staff for all our services and inquiry requests.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location up the hill provided breathtaking views of the mountains and the surrounding lush tropical garden. The staff here were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were impressive, with a mini-bar, sitting area, dressing area, and a dining table. The free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV added to the comfort of our stay. We also enjoyed dining in the outdoor dining area, which was a delightful experience.

We highly recommend this place to families.

The countryside atmosphere is great, the decoration is on point with traditional Javanese style and the refreshingly cool weather is perfect for a Christmas stay. You can enjoy the serene garden and well-maintained pond, and there are lots of places to sit and relax. The cottages have unique and spacious rooms, and the open-air bathroom is a unique highlight. The location is also excellent, with some great restaurants nearby.

The breakfast could have been better and served earlier, as it started too late for my schedule. Although the decor was nice, there needed to be more attention paid to cleanliness in some areas.

Amazing colonial-style villa with beautiful details and antique furniture. The bathroom was equally stunning with a huge granite bath and a half-indoor/half-outdoor design. The hotel grounds were impressive, with lovely plants and trees. The location was a good base for exploring nearby attractions.

The restaurant was only decent and the service, while good, didn't have much of a personal touch.
